Fabulous garden weddings are a specialty of this venue with flexible menus, ranging from cocktails, garden parties, buffets, a la carte and BBQ styles.

You have the choice of a number of venues including:

* the Pakuratahi Suite. A 350sq metre, high ceiling auditorium that can seat up to 200 guests. It adjoins an outside deck area with extensive views of surrounding farmland and the Tararua Ranges

* the Rimutaka Room. A 100sq metre continental style room which suites the smaller private style wedding up to seating 50 guests

Enjoy one of the two conference rooms available.

The Pakuratahi Suite is a 350sq metre, high ceiling auditorium that can easily seat up to 170 guests. It adjoins an outside deck area with extensive views of surrounding farmland and the Tararua Ranges.

The Rimutaka Room is a 100sq metre continental style room which suites the smaller private conference style. Seating 40 guests theatre style or 20 guests at table or desk.

Gardens.

The gardens at Kaitoke Country Gardens are now open for public viewing after 10 years of development.

The garden is free and open to the public all year round.

As our gardens are forever changing, feel free to witness and experience each new season by returning and enjoying the changing season or our new plantings.

Feel free to visit the cafe either before you start your tour with an ice cream and drink or pop-in afterwards and enjoy our mouth-watering meals and deserts.




The Chalets.

Five new two bedroom chalets with shared en suite, have been constructed to make Kaitoke Country Gardens the ultimate in venues for any special occasion. Nestled amongst the trees with fantastic views looking down onto the surrounding gardens and Rimutaka ranges in the distance make this one of the most pleasant and relaxing places to wake up to in the morning.
Features

Chalets feature a main bedroom with Rimu Queen size bed, lounge suite and lounge setting and a second room with a pair of king size single beds.

Each chalet also has a number of facilities including

* individual parking bays directly outside each chalet
* bath and shower
* room service
* and licensed bar facilities
* tea and coffee making facilities
* iron & ironing board

Rates

Rates start from:

* $ 130 per night main room (2 Guests)
* $ 200 per night both rooms (4 Guests)

with rates including a full cooked breakfast per person.
Extra guests are $20 per guest plus breakfast.
